Terms version: ARR-TERMS-2026-09-01 · Effective 1 September 2026

Terms and conditions

Booking-specific written terms control. Prices and availability shown online are indicative until ARR confirms the final quotation, suppliers and payment schedule in writing.

Booking and payment

Names, passports and visas

Customer-supplied names must match the passport. Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, immigration requirements and required documents. Unless stated otherwise, passports should remain valid for at least six months beyond travel. Supplier charges caused by incorrect or late information are borne by the customer.

Flights, hotels and suppliers

Airline schedules, taxes, baggage, hotel check-in/out, room allocation, sightseeing and local services are controlled by third-party suppliers. ARR will assist with changes but cannot guarantee a supplier’s schedule, immigration decision, service rating or availability. Additional costs caused by supplier or traveller changes are payable as stated in the quotation.

Changes and cancellations

Change requests must be made in writing by the person who booked. ARR will try to assist, but changes depend on availability and supplier approval. The booking-specific terms and the Cancellation and Refund Policy determine charges and refunds.

Travel conduct and timing

Travellers must follow voucher reporting times, local law and reasonable safety instructions. Missed services caused by lateness, intoxication, prohibited conduct or a traveller’s documentation issue are not ARR’s responsibility and may be non-refundable.

Customer support and records

Keep the written quotation, invoice, payment receipt and vouchers. Report an issue promptly to ARR so the local supplier has a reasonable opportunity to assist. Official correspondence is through ARR’s published contact channels, including corp@arrholidays.com.

Privacy and payment security

ARR does not ask customers to send card, UPI PIN, bank password or OTP information. Online card, bank or UPI credentials are entered only on the authorized payment provider’s hosted page. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.
